Rick Reilly is My Hero

I just discovered Rick Reilly a couple of months ago, when I stumbled upon an old book that my dad had in his "library".  He is by far my favorite sports writer.  He has some strong opinions, which I don't usually like in a writer, but I have enjoyed almost every article that he has written.  My favorite is the one about Nike.

Today I was clickin around espn.com, when I came across this new "blog" that he is starting.  It is title "Rick Reilly: Go Fish" and I am super pumped to start reading it.

Check it out!

Just Curious.

I was just wondering if any of my readers know of another pastors kid (PK) that has a blog.  I have been looking to see if there are any out there and I haven't been very successful.  I kinda want to see what they have to say about that church from their perspective.

If you know of any, let me know.

Ducks vs. Red Wings

I have 2 favorite things to do in life.  One is to play hockey and one is to go watch my Ducks.  This is the second year in a row that my friend and I have gone to see them play the Red Wings.  This is always a great game to see because of the rivalry that we have with each other.  I would have to say that the Red Wings are me second least favorite team in the NHL second only to the Kings.  I would have loved to to the Ducks kill the Wings.  It looked like we had a pretty good shot at doing that all the way up until half way into the third period.  We still had a chance after that but we just couldn't pull it out.

My friend and I are going to go to this game every year for as long as I live in Cali.
Had a great time and I can't wait until next year.

Have any of you been to a hockey game?

Don't Touch Those Peanut Butter Crackers

I would usually not care much about a story like this one, but this actually has an impact on my life.  I have eaten these delicious crackers everyday at school for lunch for the last 2 years.  I am pretty much obsessed with em.  Today I heard that they had been giving people salmonella poisoning.  I am like really depressed about this.  Today, I wasn't able to have them and I had to go home from school early because I didn't feel good.  I know that it was because I didn't have my peanut butter crackers.  I hope that I can get a replacement for the Kellog crackers soon or I will not be the same person ever again.

Do any of you have an obsession that was taken away from you suddenly and caused you to have problems living your life like you normally do?

Sunridge University

Today I will be attending Sunridge University: How to Share Your Faith Online. Rich Kirkpatrick and David Mathis will be leading the class. I look forward to learning all the new ways that I can help others in their faith through seansid.com.
